1.5 OZ ACID-ADJUSTED PINEAPPLE CORDIAL
1 OZ HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
GLASSWARE: Collins
METHOD: Shake/Strain
BOTTOM: Soda Water
GARNISH: Lemon Wheel & Grated Nutmeg
NOTE: Add 500g pineapple juice, 700g sugar, and 50g citric acid to a blender. Blend until all ingredients combine. Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
