Good Boy Vodka® Golf Cart Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The Good Boy Vodka Golf Cart Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Good Boy Vodka, LLC (“Sponsor”), with a mailing address of 1340 Territorial Rd., Benton Harbor, MI 49022, USA.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, wholesalers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins March 2, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends June 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
4. How to Enter Online Entry
Eligible individuals may enter by completing the entry form available on the official Good Boy Vodka promotional webpage during the Sweepstakes Period.
Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry – AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, participants may mail a 4” x 6” postcard including:
- Full name
- Complete mailing address
- Email address
- Date of birth

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received no later than June 14, 2026 to be eligible.
Participants may submit up to ten (10) mail-in entries per calendar month during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries generated by automated means or submitted in bulk will be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) golf cart with an approximate retail value not to exceed fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000 USD).
The Sponsor will cover the cost of standard shipping or delivery of the prize to the verified winner within the United States.
The prize:
- Is non-transferable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be substituted except at the Sponsor’s discretion for a prize of equal or greater value
The winner may not resell the prize prior to taking possession.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about June 15, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will be conducted using randomized selection software administered by the Sponsor or its designated promotion administrator.
The selected entrant will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact information provided during entry.
If the selected winner:
- cannot be contacted,
- fails to respond within five (5) days, or
- is determined to be ineligible,
the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Winner Verification
Potential winners may be required to complete and return:
- An Affidavit of Eligibility
- A Liability Release
- A Publicity Release where permitted by law
Failure to complete required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city/state, and entry information for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Good Boy Vodka, LLC, its affiliates, distributors, advertising agencies, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
- technical failures of any kind
- unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes
- errors in administration of the promotion
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
11. Social Media Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Participants understand they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to these platforms.
12. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
